Making A Purchase It couldn't be easier to buy your goods from Diamond Electronics Ltd. Simply browse the store, and then add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We offer the following payment options:

You can enter your payment card details direct into the Diamond Electronics secure server where we will only take your payment when your goods are ready for despatch.

You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax or post but please do not Email your payment details as this is not a secure method

No credit terms are available.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order and does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the unlikely case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
Our normal method of dispatch is via First class post which normally takes 3-4 days for items in stock in our warehouse. Please note our FREE delivery offer is based on First Class post only.
All parcels above £100 value will be sent Recorded delivery and will need a signature to complete the delivery

We can offer 24 hours delivery via our preferred courier service. This can be specified during the Checkout process

Delivery Information

We typically dispatch your order in 1-3 business days depending on our back log but please allow 7 working days for delivery before contacting our sales department. In some case, items may be unavailable and hence delivery may take longer, (see Back Orders).

No responsibility can be accepted for failure to meet a delivery date. There may be periods when the shop is closed to orders for example during holiday periods, these periods will be advertised on the shop in advance. Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days following the day of receipt (unless the law permits otherwise), Unwanted goods must be returned unused in their original packaging carriage paid for a full refund (less any delivery costs incurred by Diamond Electronics).

Back Orders
Out of stock items are automatically put on backorder but you can cancel a back order at any time for a full refund.

Tax Charges
All prices quotes on our website are in GBP and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

Credit Card Security At the checkout stage, you will be transferred to our secure server. When the order is placed via the Diamond Electronics secure server, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our in house servers. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee Our 12 month warranty (unless otherwise specified) extends only to manufacturing defects, failure due to shock, impact, fire, freezing, over-pressure or other such extremes fall outside of the warranty unless otherwise specified. Diamond Electronics can provide guidance as to the suitability for most of our products in many applications but the purchaser will be responsible for ensuring the suitability of the item(s) in the chosen application.

Product liability is not applicable for products used outside of the manufacturers intended application / operating conditions. Other suitable precautions should always be taken to minimise the risk to personnel.

Valid claims under our warranty will at the discretion of Diamond Electronics Ltd be refunded, repaired or replaced. Products should not be returned without first contacting Diamond Electronics Ltd, any return should quote proof of purchase (typically invoice number) and include a brief reason for return. The purchaser shall ensure that any returned goods are suitably packaged and carriage paid and include any associated parts.
